The Burundi Orphanage has stepped up to provide a safe haven for these vulnerable children. However, limited resources make it increasingly difficult for the orphanage to meet their basic needs.

The Need for Support
The orphanage aims to provide not only shelter but also education, moral guidance, and healthcare to these children. Unfortunately, insufficient funding and resources leave them struggling to provide essentials like food, clothes, and school supplies. Medical care is scarce, leaving the children vulnerable to illnesses.

Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the Tej & Sukh Sekhon Foundation, led by Tejinder and Sukhvir Sekhon, extended their support through a donation camp. The foundation partnered with the orphanage’s management to address immediate needs and develop sustainable solutions.

Essential supplies, including food, clothes, books, and hygiene kits, were donated to improve the children’s living conditions. The foundation also provided medical kits to address basic healthcare needs, ensuring a healthier and safer environment for the children.
